RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT JUNIOR MANAGER-FACTORY

In connection with the rapid growth of our company, we are currently opening a vacancy for a Research & Development Junior Manager.
This candidate must be experienced in related fields of business development, research and development, management, technical support or marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet regularly with management to review production and process, to identify where improvement is necessary.
  • Work with manufacturing team to develop and implement production plans to meet the Company’s overall business objectives.
  • Ensure a solid understanding of SWOT analysis of current production and planning the strategy to develop our production.
  • Having deep understanding of our products and seeking new potential new products to be manufactured
  • Responsive for any changes in legislation that impact on the industry, automotive, service options and pricing in key trade lanes.
  • Building a good and regular communication with owner, stakeholders, management and all department.
  • Conduct relevant market research and monitor additives, base oil and product trends,
  • Develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of Lubrication products and services, industry trends and customer business needs, as well as offering the value added proposition of our products.
  • Research organizations and individuals online / offline to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Identify new principal and market that meet standards in terms of goods, pricing, quality, owner willingness etc., and pitch partnership proposal.
  • Develop and manage relationships with potential suppliers, vendors and principals.
  • Giving advices and assistance towards all production department related to regulation, permits, know-how and best practices in Manufacturing Division.
  • Providing suggestion toward management regarding potential risk and damage accordingly due to any change of regulation or availability of raw materials in market.

  REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering relate background.
  • Minimum 3 years of Research and Development or Technical Support
  • Familiar and advanced in SNI dan NPT application and process as well as any License and Permits needed in Industry and Production.
  • Adequate in ISO 9001 for plant and production.
  • Understands aspect of Occupational Health and Safety in general terms. K3 certification is a plus.
  • Must be result oriented.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in a role that requires meeting new people, building and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong team member and is outgoing and willing to learn, develop and grow.
  • Trustworthy and able to keep classified matters
