RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the daily schedule meetings.
• Assist in reminding superiors regarding deadlines, assigments, meeting and others in teh Marketing Division.
• Support important documnets, such as reports, presentations required and also archive some documentation related to BOD.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties.
• Seeting up the event including the requires venue or conference room.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably Women, maximum age 35 years old.
• Minimum education D3/S1 (Secertary/Administration Major).
• Have experience in Administrative/Accounting/Finance – Position at least 1 year (preferred).
• Able to speak English actively, verbally, and in writing (Mandarin is a plus).
• Praficient in using Computers, Ms.Office, and ERP System.
